McNally Industries Acquires Pacific Aero Tech

September 27, 2010 - McNally Industries, has acquired the operating assets of Pacific Aero Tech, Inc. (Pac Aero). Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, McNally Industries is a privately held aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing company with operations in Grantsburg, Wisconsin and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The acquisition is part of McNally?s ongoing strategy to expand its presence in the commercial aerospace aftermarket. Located in Kent, Washington, Pac Aero is a certified FAA repair station and the nation?s leading third party provider of the repair, overhaul and distribution of cockpit and passenger windows and avionics for commercial aircraft.

 

Customers include major U.S. and international airlines, cargo carriers, and commercial and defense maintenance organizations. Pac Aero?s management team will continue to provide its customers with industry-leading service and value, now with the engineering and manufacturing strength of McNally Industries behind it.
